Journey to peace and relaxation with a range of simple mindfulness and meditation techniques.

This class offers deep physical and mental relaxation using pranayama (breathwork), and yoga-nidra (guided relaxation), before finishing with an immersion into yoga sound. Nourishment for the well-being of body, mind and soul.

Unlike most forms of meditation, you do not need any experience to feel the benefits. This practice is non-sectarian and is for everyone; regardless of race, nationality, religion, age, gender or any other external designations.
