Find Your Close Up

Calling all young performers aged 8–15! These April school holidays, Centrestage Youth Theatre invites you to step in front of the camera with Find Your Close Up - two exciting screen acting intensives designed to build confidence and on-screen skills.

Led by experienced screen actor and tutor Rebecca McFadzien, whose credits span television, feature films, and advertising, these workshops offer a fun and practical introduction to the world of screen performance.

Mon 13 – Tue 14 April
Learn the fundamentals of screen acting, including warm-ups, cold reading, script work, and more.

- Auditioning for Screen
Thu 16 – Fri 17 April
Build on the basics with a focus on audition technique, including protocol, etiquette, and how to stand out on camera.

Each two-day intensive is designed to give young actors hands-on experience in a supportive and engaging environment.

• $120 per intensive
